Learning & Development Specialists, Pinnacle Training was established in 2005 by lifelong learners Paula Smyth & Ann Richardson to provide exceptional education through training. We are a compact, highly successful company that values all learners, of all ages and all capabilities.
We are an approved QQI provider offering academic excellence in delivery, communication, learner support, evaluation and development.
Our professional training offers learners the opportunity to complete awards from Level 3 to Level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications in a wide variety of different subjects.
The Pinnacle Team are highly qualified, experienced Training professionals with many decades of situational and direct training practice. We also source excellent trainers to help us in the delivery and expansion of our courses and have worked with many of the same trainers over the years.
All of our courses are delivered on a step-by-step basis and individual attention is guaranteed for the ultimate personalised educational experience. We deliver training for Individuals, Local Businesses, Government Bodies, Community Employment Schemes, Department of Social Protection, Third Level Institutions and the local community.

Pinnacle Training are also an accredited ICDL Training and Testing Centre in Ireland (formally ECDL)

My background in Financial Services, Marketing, Information Technology & Training & Development ultimately led me to a career in Educational Training, establishing Pinnacle Training and successfully mastering 13 teaching qualifications over 10 years. I’m hugely motivated on behalf of all of our learners and am involved in all aspects of the business. I especially love delivering the courses, meeting our learners and helping them gain the qualifications they have chosen to achieve their own personal and academic goals. I aim to cultivate great relationships and support our individual learners throughout the process.
